What Matisse sought above all was the purity of the expressive means, which became a common element in all of his work.
Whether he drew his models with a single line or with colors, what emerges are the emotions that the female figure causes him to feel. But for him color is a true liberation, and it seduces and leads the observer, like in a dream, to places in the soul that are unknown and far away.

Made with glass paste tiles, from the kilns of the Fornace Storica Orsoni. Colours: various tonality of pink, blue, yellow, green and black.
Each mosaic can be framed to choice: wood (treated and waxed) either whitewashed or dark-brown effect; otherwise oxidized iron whichever best fits with your environment and personal taste.
